The Type 8685 Control and feedback head is designed for integration with Robolux valves type 2036. This unit provides reliable automation functions and position signaling, ensuring precise control in pneumatic applications.
The Type 8685 Position Transmitter and Type 8686 Control Head are optimized for integrated installation on Type 2036 Robolux Pneumatically Actuated Servo Valves.
A DIP switch can be used to adapt to the size of the drive. In a compact unit, the devices take over the automation functions for the two independently controlled drive halves. Depending on the configuration, electrical and optical position signaling is carried out by means of proximity sensors and powerful LEDs, pneumatic control of the actuator pistons via integrated pilot valves and AS-interface for communication between sensors and actuators.
The use of suitable isolating switching amplifiers and valve control units ensures an intrinsically safe Namur design.
An integrated supply air filter additionally provides a pneumatic changeover function with the Type 8686 control head for coarse dirt in the compressed air supply.
