High quality diaphragms ensure complete separation of the critical fluid from the actuator. Depending on the function, the valve may have one, two or three actuators.
Diaphragm valves can be used for a wide variety of control functions. Accordingly, there is a very wide range of configuration variations. For example, by function
- actuators can have one or two control pistons, which can work independently of each other
- the valves in the actuator can be different
- Pneumatic actuators can be equipped with inductive proximity switches to interrogate different switching states.
