The Gas mass flow controller Type 8745 offers high accuracy and reproducibility in controlling the mass flow of gases. It supports communication via standard signals or industrial Ethernet, and features both electromagnetic and electric valve options for enhanced flexibility.
Burkert 8745
Mass flow controller / mass flow meter, type 8745, is used to control the mass flow of gases in large volumes. Depending on your needs, the Type 8745 can be used as a mass flow controller (MFC) or as a mass flow meter (MFM).
Additionally, calibration of four different gases is available. The Inline temperature sensor, located directly in the gas stream, provides a very high reaction time. The Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as an actuator provides high response sensitivity.
The integrated PI controller provides excellent MFC control performance. As a mass flow controller, type 8745 is available in two versions: with an electromagnetic proportional valve and with a proportional valve driven by an electric motor.
