Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controller (MFC) is appropriate for auditing the mass flow rate of huge amount of gas. The Inline thermal sensor, which is situated at once in the gas stream, furnish a highly response rate. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a commensurate valve. The set point is entered electronically applying a norm signal or in the Feldbus interface. The actual value on record by the sensor is compared with the set point in the controller. In addition, the actual value is communicated to external instrument through an analog electrical or Feldbus interface for operational control or analysis. Calibration controller type 8626 is accomplished for two distinct types of gas that the client changeover. Both electrical standard analog signals and the field bus are accessible as electrical interfaces. Due to its low sensitivity to contamination and its tall level of protection, the IP 8626 is suitable for utilization in severe environments.
