Burkert measurement system is suitable for metering absolute pH values in liquids between pH 0 and pH 12 at medium temperatures up to 140 °C and working pressures maximum 6 bar. Owing to its hygienic design and robust glass-free construction, this model is particularly appropriate for utilize in hygienic operation. An instance is the production of food products and active components, within which the pH of a liquid environs, including ductile or solids, is measured. The terribly smooth enamel external of the pH electrode prevents the average from adherence and is simple to clean in line. Owed to its robust construction and high fever and chemical opposition, the electrode remains in the operation even within CIP cleaning. It means that dear retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
