The Type Z & Ex pzc purge and pressurization system is designed for use in hazardous locations where explosive atmospheres may be present. This system enables equipment to operate safely in environments classified under Class I, II, Div. 2 and Zone 2/22.
The Type Z & Ex pzc purge and pressurization system is engineered to provide a safe solution for protecting electrical equipment in hazardous environments. It works in conjunction with specially designed vents to maintain a safe operating condition by purging potentially explosive gases and providing pressurization. Featuring a low-cost, compact design, the system is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen display that offers visual indicators through integrated LEDs. Additionally, the automatic pressure compensation via a digital manifold ensures consistent performance, while the rugged and corrosion-resistant housing enhances durability in demanding environments.
