The Intrinsically Safe Ethernet Isolator is designed to facilitate safe and reliable communication in explosive atmospheres, specifically in Zone 2 environments. By providing galvanic isolation, it ensures that signals transmitted through I.S. ports remain electrically isolated from non-I.S. systems, significantly reducing the risk of ignition sources in hazardous areas.
