The EIL580 series incremental encoder is an optical speed sensor generating a digital code corresponding to the angle of rotation of the encoder shaft. The device allows you to determine the speed of rotation of the shaft and the angle of rotation relative to the previous position. Incremental encoders are used in cases where there is no need to save information about the absolute position of the shaft after a trip.
