Standard incremental encoder with normal shaft. The GI355 version has a clamping flange and the GI 356 (GI356) version has a servo flange.
The encoder is highly resistant to external mechanical influences. The casing is made of aluminum, the electrically similar stainless steel version is called GЕ355, and the ATEX version for hazardous areas is called X700.
