Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact arrangement with which the flow of different gases is regulated. They control the flow to a foreordained value, regardless of hindrance like pressure surges or temporary changes in flow resistance, for instance, through filter contamination. Regulators consist of the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a monitoring device. The desired value is kit using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value making adjustments in conformity with the set control deflection. The principle of temperature measurement ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
