Burkert Type 8203 is suitable for measuring absolute pH values in liquids between 0… 12 pH at medium temperatures up to 140 °C and working pressures maximum 6 bar. Thanks to its hygienic styling and robust glass-free construction, this type is particularly appropriate for utilize in hygienic operation. An example is the production of food products and active element, within which the pH of a liquid environs, including viscous or solids, is measured. The terribly smooth enamel surface of the pH electrode prevents the average from sticking and is simple to clean in line. Owing to its sturdy construction and high temperature and chemical opposition, the electrode oddments in the operation even throughout CIP cleaning. It means that expensive retractable fittings can be dispensed with.
