Measurement system pH Burkert is appropriate for dimension absolute pH values in liquids between 0… 12 pH at middle temperatures up to 140 °C and working pressures max. 6 bar. Thanks to its hygienic design and strong glass-free design, this model is particularly suitable for utilize in hygienic operation. An example is the production of food products and active ingredients, within which the pH of a fluid environs, including viscous or solids, is measured. The extremely smooth enamel external of the pH electrode avert the medium from adherence and is easy to clean in line. Owing to its hard design and high temperature and chemical opposition, the electrode remains in the process even throughout CIP cleaning. It means that expensive retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
