Measurement system pH Burkert is suitable for dimension absolute pH values in fluid between 0… 12 pH at average temperatures up to 140 °C and operating pressures maximum 6 bar. Due to its hygienic design and sturdy glass-free design, this type is particularly appropriate for use in hygienic operation. An instance is the production of food products and active components, within which the pH of a fluid medium, including ductile or solids, is gauged. The exceedingly smooth enamel external of the pH electrode prevents the medium from sticking and is easy to clean in line. Owed to its hard construction and high temperature and chemical opposition, the electrode remainder in the process even throughout CIP cleaning. This means that dear retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
