Mass Flow Meters are thermal sensors for deciding the mass flow rate of gas consist of a warming spiral and temperature probe. They are positioned either in the gas stream and beyond this. A heating element increase the temperature of the gas, and temperature detector control the number of heat removed. The number of heat removed is a criterion of the factual mass gas flow rate. If to talk about the notion of mass flow, in that case it means mass, i.e. The weight of the flowing milieu. In this case, this is the weight of the gas passing via the device for a determined period of time.
