This pneumatically actuated diaphragm bottom valve is constructed from stainless steel, designed for decentralized automation. Its robust construction makes it suitable for both hygienic and aggressive environments, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
The diaphragm valve type 2105, externally controlled, comprises a pneumatic piston actuator, a diaphragm and a bottom valve body. This robust stainless steel actuator allows the valve to be used in hygienic environments or in aggressive environments. The design of the valve body is streamlined and minimizes dead space, which guarantees high flow rates and versatility. The valve body and diaphragm are available in all standard materials and are available in basic designs.
The actuator has a compact, autoclavable design, with a large stainless steel housing and seals without an air gap.
