The Burkert Type 3281 is an electromotive 2-way globe control valve designed for precise control in dosing applications involving gases or liquids. Its energy-efficient design allows it to maintain valve positions without continuous power, making it suitable for both closed and open loop systems.
Burkert 3281 is a motor 2-way direct acting valve. It is ideal for dosing applications involving gases or liquids in closed or open loops.
The valve is driven by a linear stepper motor. The built-in electronics unit simplifies the process of integrating the valve into the system; additional executive modules are not required.
The motor does not require any energy to maintain a certain valve opening. This function can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the plant.
Two versions of TYPE 3281 are available:
- with built-in positioner
- with built-in process controller.
