The Liquid Radar Level Meter (Type 8139) offers continuous measurement of fill levels up to 30 meters with a 4-20 mA, two-wire connection. It is equipped with various technology connections, including a plastic horn antenna and flange options, ensuring exceptional radar signal focusing for accurate measurements.
Burkert 8139
Type 8139 is a non-contact radar meter for continuous level measurement.
It is supplied:
– with a built-in antenna (G or NPT connector), especially suitable for measuring the level of filling with aggressive liquids, with special advantages for small containers.
– with a plastic horn antenna, especially suitable for measuring in open trays or measuring the level in water
– with flange connection (DIN 2501) with a closed antenna
– with fixed connection (DIN 32676, ISO2852) with a closed antenna in the presence of hygiene requirements.
The high focusing of the radar signal and the dynamic measuring range provide excellent measurement results even in small narrow as well as high capacities, since the risks of disturbance signals are greatly reduced thanks to the built-in elements, design, and also the tank walls. Signal attenuation as a result of signal duration, foaming, low DK values of liquids have a significantly smaller impact.
