The BBS Steril Quick Release Aseptic Connection is a gap-free connection designed specifically for aseptic applications. It is available in various sizes, standards, and designs.
Aseptic screwed DIN11864-3 and sterile threaded connection Orbital. Design according to ASME BPE recommendations for sterile fittings.The design uses a standard size O-ring for more flexible material selection.
Specification:
- Various standards: ISO, SMS, BS-OD, DIN with DN 4-100mm.
- Material in contact with medium: stainless steel 1.4435 BN2 (316L), special materials Hastelloy, Titanium are available on request.
- Seal material EPDM, FEP (on request Silicone or pure PTFE).
- Medium temperature for FEP is -60C … + 160C.
- Maximum pressure: up to 40 bar.
