Eltra 38 mm miniaturized product is a diminutive series high-resolution incremental encoder suited for common industrial use. Incremental encoder reads rotation, velocity and acceleration by reading the count of impulses sent from the output circuit, but the 0 value is reset on each new start. Incremental encoders are applied broadly in machine tools, toolmaking, inspection and control equipment, driverless transport systems, cleaning systems and washing equipment, doors and gates.
