The BHF is an incremental encoder from Baumer that is used to accurately measure angular position and rotational speed. It has an optical reading method and is available with a blind or through hollow shaft with a diameter of 12 mm.
With a maximum of 5000 pulses per revolution, this encoder ensures high accuracy and reliability. The robust design includes protection against dust and moisture (IP 42, IP 65), making it suitable for challenging environments.
Furthermore, it supports a wide range of operating conditions, functioning effectively from -20 to +85 °C and up to 95% relative humidity without condensation. Its compact design and small profile depth allow for easy installation even in confined spaces.
