Incremental Encoder ITD 41 A 4 Y22 is designed for precision applications. It operates with a voltage supply of 5 VDC В±5% and is equipped with reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety.
The ITD 41 A 4 Y22 incremental encoder boasts a robust design, featuring a weight of approximately 580 g and a mounting kit included. It offers excellent performance with a motor shaft tolerance of 0.25 mm axial and 0.1 mm radial. With an output frequency of ≤300 kHz (TTL) and ≤160 kHz (HTL), this encoder is suitable for various industrial applications. It operates effectively in a temperature range of -20…+70 °C and -20…+100 °C, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
Additional features include a sensing method based on optical technology and a maximum operating speed of ≤5000 rpm. The encoder also maintains high interference immunity and is compliant with DIN EN 60529, achieving an IP 65 protection rating.
