The Pepperl+Fuchs GLV18-8-450 line is a series of photoelectric sensors used to detect objects in ambient light. It consists of four models that differ in characteristics and applications.

The  line of sensors includes the following series:

• GLV18-8-450/115/120 series

This model has the largest detection range – up to 450 mm. It is used to detect large objects such as boxes, pallets or cars.

• GLV18-8-450/73/120 series

This model has a detection range of up to 300 mm. It is used to detect medium-sized objects such as machine parts or food.

• GLV18-8-450/25/102/115 series

This model has a detection range of up to 100 mm. It is used to detect small objects such as small parts or packaging.

• GLV18-8-450/25/102/159 series

This model has a detection range of up to 150 mm. It is used for detecting medium-sized objects in high-light environments.
